Welcome to The 67 Escape! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow these rules:

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted subject to availability.

Visitors: No visitors of guests are allowed to access the property unless you have booked the entire villa.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in your booking may stay on the property. Additional guests require prior approval.

Respect & Behavior: Please respect other guests, neighbors, and staff. No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed responsibly.

Pools & Amenities: Use pools, paddle courts, and other facilities at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Safety & Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving your unit. Do not tamper with safety equipment. Report any hazards or damages immediately.

Kitchen & BBQ: Kitchens are for light cooking; clean up after use. BBQ grills must be used in designated areas only.

Waste & Recycling: Dispose of trash in provided bins. Separate recyclables where possible.

Damages & Liability: Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay. Any accidental or intentional damage will be charged.

Environmental Respect: Conserve water and electricity. Avoid disturbing wildlife around the property.
